Bridging AZ · Furniture That Changes Lives
Working Together for Stable Homes
Furniture assistance through approved social service agencies and caseworkers—not public intake.
Agency partnerships. Holistic support.
Bridging AZ works through approved social service agencies and caseworkers across Arizona. Our partners identify people with mental and physical disabilities who were previously homeless and coordinate the support needed for lasting housing stability.
What Bridging AZ provides
Essential furniture and household goods help turn empty apartments into homes. Furnishings are one part of a holistic approach to homelessness, supporting dignity, recovery, and long-term sustainability alongside our partners’ ongoing services.
How the agency-based model works
- The agency identifies the client’s needs and coordinates housing and broader support.
- An approved caseworker works with their established Bridging AZ contact to discuss furnishings and arrangements.
- Furniture assistance is coordinated through the agency, subject to current needs, suitability, and availability.
This is not a public application process, and Bridging AZ is not recruiting more clients. Existing partners should use established contacts; no new referral form or service guarantee is offered here.
Agency / caseworkers
Sorry but we are not accepting new agencies at this time. If we have a contract or MOU with your agency your supervisor should direct you to the process to request furniture for your client.
For individuals seeking help
Direct public requests are not accepted. Please contact your caseworker or social service agency. For housing and homeless-service navigation, visit 211 Arizona.
